NOTE: Minor Fault items are offered at special prices and are not eligible for Exchange or Return. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these minor faults.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, but we always strive to deliver your order as early as possible.

Size Exchanges

  • Within 7 days of delivery, once per order, for a different size of the same item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
  • If the size you need is unavailable, message us and we can offer a different product of equal value.

Not Exchangeable

  • Rs 999 / 899 items.
  • Minor Fault items.

How to Exchange

  1. Open the chat on our website → Delivery & exchanges → Start a size exchange.
  2. You'll get an exchange reference and our address.
  3. Write the reference and your phone number on the parcel and send it with any courier.
  4. Once your parcel reaches us, we send your new size.

Exchange Fee

Rs 200, paid in cash when your new size arrives. Return postage to us is paid by you.

Defective Items

  • Message us on WhatsApp at +92 315 7004197 within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
  • We'll offer an exchange or store credit.

Returns & Store Credit

  • We do not accept returns except for quality-related issues.
  • In such cases, a store credit will be issued, valid for 90 days, and can be used for any future online purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

  • Sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to check measurements before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Damage caused by washing or drying.
    • Fading, bleeding, or shrinkage due to improper care.
  • We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the item’s quality.
  • If the returned item does not meet our exchange criteria, it will be sent back to you at your cost.
