Exchange Policy

At Hustle N Holla, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We only offer size exchanges. Exchanges are allowed for the same product only, and only if the required size or item is unavailable may you choose a different product of equal value.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition with tags intact.

  • Items must not be washed, dried, stained, or damaged in any way.

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • The exchange process takes 10–12 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A single order can be exchanged only once, so please refer to our size chart carefully before requesting an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  • Send the item to the given address.

  • IMPORTANT: Please include your name, contact number, and order number on the return package.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, notify us at +923112255464 within 3 days of delivery along with pictures of the defect.You will be offered a store credit voucher or an exchange.

Returns & Store Credit

    • We do not accept returns except for quality-related issues.

    • In such cases, a store credit will be issued, valid for 90 days, and can be used for any future online purchase.

    • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Important Notes

        • Sizes are clearly mentioned on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to check measurements before placing an order.

        • We are not responsible for:

          • Damage caused by washing or drying.

          • Fading, bleeding, or shrinkage due to improper care.

        • We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the item’s quality.

        • If the returned item does not meet our exchange criteria, it will be sent back to you at your cost.
